Discovery and Research

Problem

Escrow officers manage high volumes of transactions involving:

  • Multiple parties

  • Frequent document updates

  • Tight deadlines

  • Manual activity tracking

Pain Points
  • Activity logs are passive and hard to scan

  • Important updates are buried in long timelines

  • Users must manually interpret “what happened” and “what to do next”

Ideation

Proposed AI Suggestion Panel
  • Predefined smart prompts like:

    • Activity Today

    • Tasks Assigned to Me

    • Generate Work Summary

    • List of Next Steps

  • Reduces time spent searching through logs

Proposed Solution

EscrowAI introduces a smart assistant panel that:

  • Summarizes activity in plain language

  • Suggests next actions

  • Answers contextual questions

  • Surfaces relevant updates in real time

Ask EscrowAI

Users can type:

“What changed today?”
“Who was removed from signing?”

Right Panel (Escrow AI)
  • Persistent assistant

  • Doesn’t interrupt primary workflow

Mockups

  • User opens a file

  • Views AI suggestions (e.g., “Activity Today”)

  • Clicks a suggestion OR types a question

  • EscrowAI processes activity data

  • Returns:

    • Summary

    • Key changes

    • Suggested next steps
