Overview

IntelliSpace Radiology Analytics is a healthcare analytics platform designed to help radiology departments transform large volumes of operational and clinical data into actionable insights. The application enables radiologists, administrators, and department managers to monitor exam volumes, referral patterns, turnaround times, productivity, and overall departmental performance through interactive dashboards and reports.

GOAL

  • The goal was to modernize the user experience and create an intuitive analytics platform that would enable healthcare professionals to quickly identify trends, improve efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.

To better understand user needs, I collaborated with stakeholders, product owners, and clinical teams to identify key reporting requirements

Users frequently struggled with:

  • Information overload caused by dense reporting interfaces.

  • Difficulty locating critical KPIs.

  • Time-consuming manual analysis processes.
